I believe that there should be a rule that requires that the gummi bears are only to be eaten after the first successful flight.

For the lawyers in the group, we will need to come up with a definition of Successful Flight:

A Successful Flight shall be defined as untethered, powered flight of an MK (consisting at a minimum of an MK FC) at a minimum of 2m above the ground level at which the craft was first powered up for a period of not less than 2 minutes (120 seconds). A Successful Flight shall also include demonstration of the MK's ability to roll left and right (however slightly) at the Pilot's [hereinafter defined] command, to pitch (nick) fore and aft at the Pilot's command, and to yaw in a controlled manner both clockwise and counter-clockwise at the Pilot's command (albeit said yaw shall not be required to proceed for more than 15-degrees in either direction so that Pilot should not have to deal with so-called 'head-in flying'.

Clearly I am not a lawyer.  :P Clearly, I am a bit too much into this hobby!  ;D

Under the close scrutiny of the Gummi Bears I hope!!!  ;D

I can't figure out why they don't fix/change simple things in the code but I figured out the reason for the big Gummi Bear. And I think we now know what the 'straws' may be for - Portability Beams.
