We will recomend going to the Manufacturer and requesting an RMA directly from them and they will preform the Repair or replacement as needed.
Lipo Battieries are tested before shippment and are not returnable for any reason. Due to the nature of these products they can be easily damaged by the user and we can not be held responsable.
Refund Policy. All sales are final. MiKroKopter.US however will do its best to make sure you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase. If you believe the product you purchased does not match your requirements or expectations you must contact us and we will exchange the product for one with similar parameters. Do not under any circumstances return a product before receiving prior authorization from MiKroKopter.US. If after consulting with us we still cannot supply you with a product that meets your requirements, we will issue an RMA number based on which you must return the product for a refund in its original resalable condition. ARF options are Guaranteed to work Prior to connecting the motors . Bench testing must be completed without connecting motors. Due to the nature of the electronics. If you have any problems with the Flight Controllers, BL_controllers, NAVI boards,GPS modules or MK3MAG compass Module, or Any other electronics purchased with the ARF Purchased Option. You must report the problem before you connect the motors. They have been tested before they ship. You can test the systems with the MKtool without the motors connected. By checking the error logs and the LED's on the boards you can tell if they are working.. If you have any problems, the same process goes for the ARF parts as do for any other item from the shop. See our Return policy above. Mikrokopter.us , its employee's or its owners, can not b held responsible for any damages to property or person resulting from the use of parts assembled by Mikrokopter.us. These are still Kits. sole responsibility rests on the Purchaser and the user of such equipment or parts there of .It is the responsibilty of the builder of the kit to test before flight to verify it is safe to fly.

The flight battery and transmitter battery must be fully charged
Always turn on the transmitter first and then the MikroKopter
Watch for visible damage such as for loose screws, broken, unbalanced or damaged propellers, faulty connectors or solder joints, broken pipes, etc.
The propeller must be in a good condition and securely mounted. The rotors must spin smoothly and there shall be no objects are in the rotational plane of the propellers and can get into it. Rotating propeller ends are dangerous to touch - never touch with fingers and other body parts a rotating propeller.
Ensure the appropriate to the audible beeps when auto lipo-detection is enabled. 4 * beep means 4s Lipo
Ensure that the channel of the remote control is free and you're within range of the transmitter
The sensors must be calibrated (When the motors are off: move yaw- and gas stick into upper left corner until it beeps)
Different settings can result in fundamentally different flight characteristics and occupation of the Channel functions. Make sure that you are familiar with the setting and its features
