PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SITE. This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended by us at any time and from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, registered trademarks and other proprietary (including but not limited to intellectual property) rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site, except as allowed by Section 4, is strictly prohibited. You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, document or other materials viewed through the Site. The posting of information or materials on the Site does not constitute a waiver of any right in such information and materials.

  3. Fraud: By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be canceled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by MiKroKopter.USMiKroKopter.US in its sole discretion. If membership has MiKroKopterd, MiKroKopter.US reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

  4. Limited Right to Usereproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND THAT MAY RESULT FROM USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE. Our maximum liability to you under all circumstances will be equal to the purchase price you pay for any goods, services or information.

  12. Third-Party Merchant Policies. All rules, policies (including privacy policies) and operating procedures of Merchants will apply to you while on such sites. We are not responsible for information provided by you to Merchants. We and the Merchants are independent contractors and neither party has authority to make any representations or commitments on behalf of the other.

You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

This Site may include statements concerning our operations, prospects, strategies, financial condition, future economic performance and demand for our products or services, as well as our intentions, plans and objectives, that are forward-looking statements. Without limiting the foregoing, we shall be deemed to own all known and hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature regarding the Submissions and shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Submissions for any purpose, without compensation to the provider of the Submissions.

  20. Due to the Nature Of Electronics and Hobby equipment there is no warrentys implicit or implied by mikrokopter.us on anything we sell.

  21. Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, do not under any circumstances return a product to MiKroKopter.US. If the product is defective or malfunctioning, please contact us to help troubleshoot your issue. Due to the nature of the electronics and in Kit form we can not issue refunds for electronics. We will recomend going to the Manufacturer and requesting an RMA directly from them and they will preform the Repair or replacement as needed.

  22. Lipo Battieries are tested before shippment and are not returnable for any reason. Due to the nature of these products they can be easily damaged by the user and we can not be held responsable.

  23. Refund Policy. All sales are final. MiKroKopter.US however will do its best to make sure you as a customer are satisfied with your purchase. If you believe the product you purchased does not match your requirements or expectations you  must contact us and we will exchange the product for one with similar parameters. Do not under any circumstances return a product before receiving prior authorization from MiKroKopter.US. If after consulting with us we still cannot supply you with a product that meets your requirements, we will issue an RMA number based on which you must return the product for a refund in its original resalable condition. The refund will be issued only after we received, inspected the product and determined that it is in resalable conditionn. All other refund issues will be considered at a case by case basis and refunds will be issued at the discretion of our management based on prior agreement with the customer. We encourage you to contact us if you have any issues with payments, orders and we will resolve the issue at your satisfaction. 

  24. Venue; Applicable Law. YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF United States of America,  Califonia. YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT Monterey County , Califonia  OR THE MUNICIPALITY OF Royal Oaks IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE. This site is created and controlled by California.US in the State of California, United States of America. As such, the laws of Califonia will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsMontereyhroughout Califonia without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

Lapsed Accounts: In order to keep MiKroKopter.US  membership roster current, if aMiKroKopters not access his or Califoniant for a period of 365 days or more, MiKroKopter.Califonian its sole discretion, terminate such Member's account. MiKroKopter.US will endeavor to notify a Member of MiKroKopter.US intent to terminate such Member's account by notice to such Member's provideMiKroKopterress at least 30 days prior to deactivation. If the Member fails to respond to such email notice with 25 days aftMiKroKopterit is sent by MiKroKopter.US, such Member's account will be terminMiKroKoptered above. Therefore, MiKroKopter.US stroMiKroKopterends that all Members keep their accounts and contact data current and in use. While MiKroKopter.US desires to prevent active accounts from being terminated prematurely, MiKroKopter.US has no obligation to maintain accounts that MiKroKopterMiKroKopter.US r account for 365 days or more conclusively indicates thatMiKroKopterr's account has been abandoned and that the account may therefore be terminated.

  26. Verify Members' MiKroKopter.US reserves the right to contact a Member via email to verify the MiKroKopter account information (including the Member's correct name MiKroKopter) that is needed to provide the Member with the information he or she requested from MiKroKopter.US.

By you agreeing to these terms means you agree that Mikrokopter.Us and its owners or employees can not be held accountable or responsible for how you use or misuse any products purchased from this website.Any damage to personal property  or persons rests solely on the operator of the equipment and by no means can Mikrokopter.us or it owners or employees be held accountable for any such damage.   29. ARF options are Guaranteed to work Prior to connecting the motors . Bench testing must be completed without connecting motors. Due to the nature of the electronics. If you have any problems with the Flight Controllers, BL_controllers, NAVI boards,GPS modules or MK3MAG compass Module, or Any other electronics purchased with the ARF Purchased Option. You must report the problem before you connect the motors. They have been tested before they ship. You can test the systems with the MKtool without the motors connected. By checking the error logs and the LED's on the boards you can tell if they are working..  If you have any problems, the same process goes for the ARF parts as do for any other item from the shop. See our Return policy above. Mikrokopter.us , its employee's or its owners, can not b  held responsible for any damages to property or person resulting from the use of parts assembled by Mikrokopter.us. These are still Kits. sole responsibility rests on the Purchaser and the user of such equipment or parts there of .It is the responsibilty of the builder of the kit to test before flight to verify it is safe to fly.

  30. It is Our Policy  to only ship to Address's Pre verified by PayPal. If you need something shipped to another Address please first try to add the ship to address in PayPal. If that can not be done, Please put a note on your order stating that you understand the shipment is at your risk and if the order gets lost in the mail there is nothing MiKroKopter.US or PayPal can do. If no note is added to your order it will be shipped to the PayPal Address by defaut.

  31. It is up to the Purchaser to Pay all local TAXES requierd by the rules and regulationions of recieving partys Government, Country, state,or  region. MiKroKopter.US will not be responsible for any extra fee's regarding Dutys or bonds or any other fee's asscoiated in obtaining products shipped from the US. If Items are returned to MikroKopter.US due to abandoment or lack of funds paid in customs we are not responsible for refunds or re  payment of any fees.

  32. The systems sold by Mikrokopter.US are for Hobby use only. Systems are not intended for commercial Use. Please Check with your local laws and Regulations Regarding Commercial use and Read again the Non-commercial use policy.

  1. Safety

    A MikroKopter is not a toy. The safety instructions are intended not only for the protection of the aircraft, but also to protect your own safety or others. Improper operation can cause serious injury and property damage.

    We do not guarantee error-free behavior of the electronics or software. Despite careful preparation and review, we do not assume any warranty or liability (direct or indirect) for the accuracy of the software, hardware or information. Use the electronics on your own risk (this also applies to associated computer programs). Furthermore, we assume no liability for consequential damage to property or persons caused by the application. It is your responsibility to perform a full system test.

    In case of improper use a MikroKopter can be dangerous. Do not fly over people! You need an appropriate insurance before the first flight, as required by law in many countries!

    General

  2. A MikroKopter is not a toy and not suitable for children under 16 years

  3. If you don't have sufficient knowledge about the control of a model aircraft, please contact to someone with experience

  4. An appropriate (model aircraft) liability insurance is required. In general, model aircraft are not covered by a standard liability insurance.

  5. Refer to the Wiki and forum about the features and operation of the MikroKopter

  6. Reward Point Program (Zig Points)

  7. Allthough we stive to do what is fair for our customers,we do reserve the right to change any aspect of this program at any time.

  8. Reward Points (Zig Points) have no monitary value what so ever.

  9. Reward Points are non-transferable.

  10. The Reward points (Zig Points) program can be revoked at any time for any reason without notice.

  11. The Bonus Reward points are awarded by the discretion of MiKrokopter.us and its employee's

  12. The amount or Reward points  awarded per dollar spent may change at anytime without notice.

  13. The amount of points needed to purchase items in the shop may change at anytime without notice.

  14. Reward points (Zig Points) can be removed from any customers account at anytime for any reason with no notice.
