signal loss failsafe practice
« on: May 09, 2012, 11:45:22 AM »

Hi all,

I am attempting to practice signal loss with new firmware 88e. I've tried turning my Tx off in PH and AH but instead of initiating the come home commands it just stays there, I turn the Tx back on it flies to the CH position.

I am using a Fr-sky D8RSP and have tried re-binding it to make sure there is no failsafe set in the Rx, it seems that it just stays with thelast known inputs. When I simulate a signal loss on the bench there is no audible beeps when I turn the Tx off but when I turn it back on again it beeps away.

Have I got the wrong Rx or am I missing something?  ??? desperate to get this sorted as its a prerequisite for UK flying... any help greatfully received.

Sorted...

For anyone else wondering about this, the answer (as is so often the case) is in the fabulous mikrokopter.us forum
